Job Summary

A company is looking for an Office Apps Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing MS Office Apps initiatives
  • Act as the primary technical contact, providing advanced technical support and problem resolution for corporate customers
  • Conduct product workshops, health checks, assessments, and post-operational reviews of product implementations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of expertise in O365 Office Apps, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office deployment and management, including SCCM and Intune
  • 5 years of experience in software support or IT consulting with enterprise customers
  • Understanding of ITIL/Service Management or project management methodologies
