Job Summary
A company is looking for a Research Support Agent US Part-Time (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality multi-channel support to customers through telephonic, chat, and email communication channels
- Diagnose and resolve problems using department tools, resources, and expertise
- Report feedback and advocate for customers to resolve issues effectively
Required Qualifications
- Possess a Juris Doctorate
- Have proficient PC skills including knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic troubleshooting
- Experience with Lexis Advance and Lexis+ products
- Ability to work flexible hours on a part-time basis (19 hours/week required)
- Demonstrate customer service relationship-building skills in all customer contacts
