Job Summary
A company is looking for an Ohio Medicaid Inbound Contacts Representative to assist members with healthcare inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Address incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries from Medicaid members
- Resolve complex benefit questions and educate members on their options
- Support outbound call campaigns by conducting outreach to members
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Teams
- Strong technical skills and ability to work across multiple software systems
- Must be willing to remain in this position for 12 months before applying to other opportunities
- Must currently reside in the state of Ohio
