Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ohio Medicaid Inbound Contacts Representative to assist members with healthcare inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries from Medicaid members
  • Resolve complex benefit questions and educate members on their options
  • Support outbound call campaigns by conducting outreach to members
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Teams
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work across multiple software systems
  • Must be willing to remain in this position for 12 months before applying to other opportunities
  • Must currently reside in the state of Ohio
