Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Contacts Representative 2 to address incoming inquiries and provide customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer needs, including complex benefit questions and issue resolution
  • Record details of inquiries and escalate unresolved grievances as necessary
  • Work within defined parameters to prioritize tasks and meet quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum 2 years of technical experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and use various computer applications simultaneously
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and overtime
  • Must reside in the state of Ohio
