Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inbound Contacts Representative 2 to address incoming inquiries and provide customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer needs, including complex benefit questions and issue resolution
- Record details of inquiries and escalate unresolved grievances as necessary
- Work within defined parameters to prioritize tasks and meet quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and use various computer applications simultaneously
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and overtime
- Must reside in the state of Ohio
