Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Advisor to enhance the new hire experience and oversee onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for new hires, providing support and updates throughout the onboarding journey
  • Coordinate onboarding progress and resolve complexities while ensuring compliance with requirements
  • Implement process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance the overall candidate and new hire experience


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 4-5 years of HR or customer service-related experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Workday preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills to implement solutions and influence change
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
