Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President - Head of Diagnostics, Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global Precision Medicine & Diagnostics strategy aligned with Oncology brand goals
• Lead innovation readiness efforts and foster relationships with external diagnostic organizations
• Manage and develop a cross-functional team in medical affairs and commercial functions

Required Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, or MD/PhD) with experience in diagnostic strategy in oncology
• 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or diagnostics industries focused on oncology
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
• Expertise in biomarker testing and companion diagnostics
• Global experience with regional diagnostic and healthcare systems preferred
