Job Summary
A company is looking for an Event and Program Manager - Oncology/Clinical Trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute physical and/or virtual physician roundtables in the US
- Manage all event deliverables from initial planning to execution, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences
- Collect and analyze feedback from attendees and stakeholders to evaluate event success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Physician Assistant, Business Administration, or a related field
- Established a network of physicians to facilitate roundtable discussions
- Experience with hybrid and virtual event platforms
- Knowledge of tumor board set-up and facilitation in oncology is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills
