Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director in Medical Affairs specializing in Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates medical affairs activities and oversees the design, analysis, and reporting of scientific content for clinical studies
• Manages clinical trial conduct, ensuring safety issue resolution and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provides scientific education and interacts with internal stakeholders to support ongoing medical affairs projects

Required Qualifications

• Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or equivalent, with relevant therapeutic specialty preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical trial or medical affairs experience, with 3+ years preferred
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment
• Ability to run a clinical study independently with minimal supervision
