Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide triage, support, and education to members during their cancer journey via phone, email, and video communication
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and facilitate end-of-life care discussions
- Coordinate care and provide clinical support throughout the oncology care continuum, from screening to survivorship or end-of-life care
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing
- Oncology-related certifications such as Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or equivalent, required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire
- Compact or single state licensure in Alaska, New York, Illinois, Michigan, and/or California preferred
