Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify improvement opportunities throughout the customer journey for passengers and clients
  • Analyze friction points in processes and propose enhancements based on value analysis
  • Lead improvement projects and collaborate with support teams to ensure high service quality
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience in process optimization or continuous improvement roles
  • Proactive and autonomous individuals eager to drive change
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
