Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify improvement opportunities throughout the customer journey for passengers and clients
- Analyze friction points in processes and propose enhancements based on value analysis
- Lead improvement projects and collaborate with support teams to ensure high service quality
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience in process optimization or continuous improvement roles
- Proactive and autonomous individuals eager to drive change
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
