Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to join the Data Innovation Lab.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with HSI goals and objectives
Optimize processes for the Lab and proactively resolve operational and administrative issues
Analyze and report on financial, staffing, and performance metrics set by leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience in operations management or a related area
Familiarity with Confluence and SharePoint
Ability to coordinate logistics for meetings and events
Knowledge of financial and performance metrics analysis
