Operations Business Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Business Analyst III (Enrollment).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze existing Enrollment processes and systems to develop solutions for improvement
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and support business case creation through data collection and analysis
• Lead operational readiness processes and mentor Business Operations Analysts/Associates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Arts degree or equivalent work experience
• Five to eight (5-8) years of health care operations experience in insurance, managed care, or related industry
• Technical proficiency in HIPAA 834, DTRR, RCNI, RCNO, and MMR processes
• SQL proficiency and experience in Enrollment Data Analysis preferred
• Six Sigma or other performance improvement experience preferred
