Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Effectiveness Analyst to leverage data for monitoring process effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and sales data to generate insights and develop reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or a data-driven role
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analytics techniques
• Experience with ETL processes and handling large datasets in cloud-based environments
