Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Investigations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain subject matter expertise in platform integrity operations and complete core work and escalations
- Investigate complex situations and potential brand risks, and document investigations comprehensively
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to enhance internal policies and tools, and identify trends and product vulnerabilities
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or Trust and Safety
- Familiarity with Google suite and customer ticketing systems
- Strong investigative ability and experience with due diligence and internet research
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in maintaining confidentiality while performing investigations
