Operations QA Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Operations Quality Assurance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform audits on transactions and meet production and accuracy goals
- Interact with internal and external audit initiatives
- Provide training and mentorship for internal customers
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education (AA or bachelor's degree) and/or longstanding experience in multiple transaction roles
- Experience in Risk, Compliance, Legal, or Project Management
- Ability to understand and interpret contract language and regulatory laws
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to ensure controllership measures are met
- Experience developing training materials, documenting processes, and procedures
