Meet sourcing and recruiting goals to adequately staff programs with high-quality instructors
Coordinate and conduct phone and video conference interviews for candidates efficiently
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
At least one year of professional experience in sourcing, recruiting, or related roles
Experience with managing time and working remotely
Modern tech fluency, including experience with specific platforms
Experience in test preparation, academic support, or online education is a plus
