Optimization Producer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Producer/Planner/Optimization Producer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and aggregate engaging content to drive audience interaction and repeat visits
- Collaborate with newsroom staff to optimize content for search visibility and engagement
- Monitor media channels for breaking news and trending content to enhance audience loyalty
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least two years of experience in a newsroom focused on content optimization and SEO strategies
- Ability to make quick decisions and think tactically and strategically
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Experience with SEO tools like NewsDashboard or Conductor Searchlight is a plus
