Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Managed Services Sr. Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the client-facing representative for the Cloud HCM Managed Services area
- Manage the daily ticket queue and assist with task delegation
- Conduct client meetings and team meetings to ensure needs are met and workloads are managed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in upgrading and/or implementing Oracle Cloud HCM
- Extensive experience across multiple functional areas of Cloud HCM
- Strong experience in leading a team of Oracle Cloud consultants
- Ability to gather business requirements and perform functional fit/gap analysis
- Experience in creating functional specs and leading implementation/upgrade life cycles
