Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead optimization efforts for HCM modules including HR, Payroll, and Benefits
- Implement, configure, and support HCM Cloud integrations and reporting
- Mentor team members and help create enterprise reporting strategies
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience implementing Oracle HCM SaaS solutions, with at least 3 years in a functional lead role
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through full lifecycle projects
- Proficiency in PL/SQL for writing and debugging queries
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines
