Job Summary
A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work remotely
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs for clients
- Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
Qualifications:
- Oregon Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Certification
- At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a school setting
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or other behavioral challenges
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines
- Experience in supervision and training of RBTs preferred
