Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor to provide support to individuals experiencing emotional distress or mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals over the phone, providing emotional support and assistance
• Assess and mitigate risk while maintaining accurate documentation and providing resources
• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace to ensure confidentiality and focus

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social Services
• Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
• Experience in crisis support or similar roles is highly valued
• Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace with a stable internet connection
