Oregon Licensed Informatics Pharmacist
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Informatics Pharmacist to support pharmacy information management and optimize electronic health record systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and advise on electronic health record configuration to ensure safe and effective medication use
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation on pharmacy information system configurations and medication use processes
- Serve as a subject matter expert for pharmacy department technology projects and precept pharmacy residents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Current Pharmacist's license issued by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy
- Pharmacy Informatics Residency training or equivalent work experience
