Organizational Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Organizational Change Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies
• Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives while ensuring timely delivery of OCM deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably technology consulting
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Experience designing and delivering training programs
• Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG)
