Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Consult Partner - Organizational Change Management - Telco.

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate complex organizational structures to deliver OCM solutions effectively
• Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives and develop effective adoption strategies
• Mentor team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably in technology consulting
• Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG)
