Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls, aiming for 55 calls per hour
- Transfer customers to licensed insurance agents with a target transfer rate of 55%
- Maintain records of all conversations and meet quality assurance and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent; some college is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in a professional call center or telemarketing environment
- Proficient in computer skills and basic software packages
- Ability to embrace and utilize the latest technologies
- Demonstrates good judgment and decisiveness
