Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls, aiming for 55 calls per hour
  • Transfer customers to licensed insurance agents with a target transfer rate of 55%
  • Maintain records of all conversations and meet quality assurance and performance metrics


Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent; some college is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional call center or telemarketing environment
  • Proficient in computer skills and basic software packages
  • Ability to embrace and utilize the latest technologies
  • Demonstrates good judgment and decisiveness
