Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required
