Part-Time HR Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time HR Consultant (Remote - US Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on HR strategy, policies, and procedures to support business objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, compliance, and performance management
• Assist in designing talent acquisition strategies and employee development programs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in corporate HR or HR consulting
• Industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR compliance
• Experience supporting both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
