- Manage ticketing processes using tools like ServiceNow
Required Qualifications
- Experience with mainframe operations
- Familiarity with CA7 and CA11 job scheduling tools
- Knowledge of scheduling software such as AutoSys or Control M
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Basic understanding of JCL for error identification
