Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or customer success
Proficient in developing partner success strategies that align with business goals
Understanding of Medicare and related insurance sales
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office products
