Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships and Growth Lead to drive growth initiatives and manage partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale growth programs to generate top-of-funnel leads and enhance funnel clarity
  • Manage marketing operations to scale existing partnerships and source new high-potential partners
  • Launch and refine lifecycle marketing programs and own the marketing launch plan for new products
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or platform partnerships
  • Strong bias for action with a track record in rapid execution roles
  • Ability to work independently and lead large, cross-functional projects
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Hubspot and lifecycle marketing platforms such as Braze
  • Experience executing campaigns in technical domains or with partners like AWS is a plus
