Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Patient Access, Pre-Registration, and Pre-Certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and delegate activities to ensure efficient Patient Access flow and adherence to organizational standards
• Create integrated workflows from scheduling through registration and authorization
• Manage staffing levels, performance management, and onboarding processes for patient access operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field
• Five years of healthcare patient accounting experience, including EPIC EHR platform experience
• At least three years of direct employee management experience
• Hands-on knowledge of billing practices and coding for hospital and ambulatory services
• Demonstrated competency with Microsoft applications and project management skills
