Patient Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient & Site Engagement Manager responsible for managing and executing patient and site-facing initiatives for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tactics for patient recruitment, retention, and engagement in clinical trials
• Act as the interface with global and local stakeholders involved in patient and site-facing initiatives
• Maintain documentation and quality standards for effective tactic development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical research industry experience
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree required; preferably in a scientific or health-related discipline
• Experience in patient recruitment and clinical trial execution with a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or healthcare facility
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the clinical trial sector preferred
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
