Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Team Lead to provide direction to their Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of customer support representatives to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Analyze metrics and KPIs to improve customer service processes and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support supervisory role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in influencing and motivating employees to meet performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to enhance efficiency in high-pressure situations
- Extensive experience in client interactions with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty
