Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Team Lead to provide direction to their Customer Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of customer support representatives to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Analyze metrics and KPIs to improve customer service processes and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer support supervisory role, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in influencing and motivating employees to meet performance metrics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to enhance efficiency in high-pressure situations
  • Extensive experience in client interactions with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty
