Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Retention Specialist, who will focus on retaining patients through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from existing patients and assist with inquiries and concerns
  • Handle patient issues and escalate as necessary to ensure retention
  • Make outbound calls to previous patients to encourage their return
Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or collections activities
  • Experience in a high-volume, phone-based environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and a positive attitude
