Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Patient Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a large volume of incoming calls and schedule appointments with various departments
  • Communicate with physicians and medical staff to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Navigate multiple systems to collect and enter patient information accurately

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • Basic understanding of anatomy to communicate with doctors
  • Experience scheduling patients in a clinical setting preferred
  • Previous experience working with EPIC system a plus
