Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Patient Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a large volume of incoming calls and schedule appointments with various departments
- Communicate with physicians and medical staff to answer questions and resolve issues
- Navigate multiple systems to collect and enter patient information accurately
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
- Basic understanding of anatomy to communicate with doctors
- Experience scheduling patients in a clinical setting preferred
- Previous experience working with EPIC system a plus
