Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in telephone or face-to-face customer service, or previous healthcare experience
• Data entry skills with the ability to multi-task
• Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
• Typing speed of 60 words per minute
