Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinic Patient Access - Patient Service Agent, Full Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient messages
- Provide excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette
- Deliver general information regarding appointments and inquiries related to the clinic
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in telephone or face-to-face customer service, or previous healthcare experience
- Data entry skills with the ability to multi-task
- Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute
