Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director, Payor Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Health Plan vertical
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and create a sales pipeline through various outreach methods
  • Close enterprise deals and manage contract negotiations with health plan executives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience selling enterprise deals to large healthcare organizations
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder solutions in SaaS or healthcare IT
  • Proven track record of high performance in sales roles
  • Ability to negotiate complex contracts and navigate strategic customer organizations
