Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payment Integrity Lead - Coordination of Benefits (COB).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and ensure financial accuracy of the Coordination of Benefits program
- Lead payer priority determination and complex claims resolution processes
- Train and develop staff while collaborating with vendors and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience with Coordination of Benefits (COB) and claims management
- Experience with health plan operations, claims payment, and vendor management
- Familiarity with document management software and claims adjudication systems
- Strong analytical skills for inventory management and process validation
