Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Integrity Lead - Coordination of Benefits (COB).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory and ensure financial accuracy of the Coordination of Benefits program
  • Lead payer priority determination and complex claims resolution processes
  • Train and develop staff while collaborating with vendors and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience with Coordination of Benefits (COB) and claims management
  • Experience with health plan operations, claims payment, and vendor management
  • Familiarity with document management software and claims adjudication systems
  • Strong analytical skills for inventory management and process validation
