Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator responsible for managing payroll functions and ensuring accuracy in payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll information and ensure timely submission
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries and maintain customer service standards
  • Manage payroll filings, new hire orientations, and maintain data integrity within the payroll system

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, specifically with Workday systems
  • Experience with ADP SmartCompliance for tax filing and wage garnishment
  • Knowledge of US tax laws related to payroll
  • Experience in manual payroll adjustments and error-free work
  • Strong organizational skills and a team player mentality
