Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll & HR Generalist to manage day-to-day payroll operations and support HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and timely for approximately 150 employees, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs and support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations and prepare necessary reports for audits and government agencies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and HR generalist functions
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations
- Experience with HR and payroll software (e.g., Paylocity, ADP, Workday, Paycom)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
