Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Analyst in Remote, USA!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with quarter and month end activities for tax return filings
- Analyze and resolve agency inquiries and notices from tax authorities
- Support internal and external partners with tax-related inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in Payroll Tax or Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of US, Puerto Rico, Federal, State, Local, and Providence payroll tax regulations
- Understanding of US & Puerto Rico W2/W2C reporting & filings requirements
- Experience with SAP Payroll and ADP Smart Compliance is preferred
