Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager in the Central region focused on Commercial Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through independent agents and brokers
- Manage relationships with agency partners and ensure a high-quality broker experience
- Document and track sales activities and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales and distribution experience with a Small Commercial P&C insurance carrier or MGA
- P&C License required
- Proven relationships within the Independent Agency and Aggregator networks
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- CIC, CPCU, or other industry designations preferred
