P&C Licensed Insurance Sales Agent
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Sales Producer/Advisor to join their inbound call center team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process
- Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities while exceeding monthly sales targets
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products; broker or call center experience preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products with an active P&C or Personal Lines license
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
- Technologically competent with the ability to navigate several systems and relevant tools
- Availability to work at least one weekend day
