Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager, Community Engagement - Midwest Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead peer-to-peer fundraising efforts to raise $350,000-$400,000 annually through various events
• Recruit, coach, and support fundraisers while developing data-driven strategies for engagement
• Identify and support high-impact volunteer leaders and build community partnerships to enhance fundraising initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of experience in peer-to-peer fundraising or community development
• 3+ years of success in planning and executing peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong relationship-building and coaching skills
• Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends and travel 15-20% of the time
