Pennsylvania Certified Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Care Coordinator who must be a Certified Recovery Specialist or meet criteria to obtain CRS.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to address non-clinical needs and ensure a positive care experience
• Collaborate with clinicians and other team members to coordinate patient care and resolve issues related to prescriptions and insurance
• Utilize technology platforms to manage communication and maintain patient records effectively

Required Qualifications and Education

• Must either live or work in Pennsylvania
• A minimum of 18 months of continuous personal recovery experience
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; veterans may provide discharge documentation in lieu
• Must meet criteria for CRS certification or already possess CRS certification
• Experience in patient support or customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
