Job Summary
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Litigator with appellate writing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Appear in court for a variety of legal proceedings
- Draft motions, briefs, and memorandums of law
- Conduct legal research and manage contested cases
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in motion practice of contested matters
- Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania; New Jersey and/or New York is a plus
- Litigation and appellate advocacy experience required
- Experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction appearances in Pennsylvania
- Superior appellate writing and legal research skills
