Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist Senior (work from home Eastern United States).

Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of payroll including calculations, deductions, and tax compliance
• Prepare and resolve payroll exceptions through bi-weekly audits and ensure timely processing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system issues and improve payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance required
• Experience with payroll processing and compliance
• Familiarity with payroll systems, preferably Workday
• Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and transactions
