Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving complex issues and conducting investigations
  • Oversee talent acquisition and management processes, ensuring effective onboarding and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and develop people-focused programs in alignment with organizational goals


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 6-8+ years of People + Culture/Human Resources experience
  • HR certification is strongly preferred, with demonstrated expertise in relevant areas
  • Proven track record of advising senior leaders and building rapport with stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data for insights
  • Experience working in a remote-first environment and managing sensitive matters with discretion
