Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations, including resolving complex issues and conducting investigations
- Oversee talent acquisition and management processes, ensuring effective onboarding and performance management
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and develop people-focused programs in alignment with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 6-8+ years of People + Culture/Human Resources experience
- HR certification is strongly preferred, with demonstrated expertise in relevant areas
- Proven track record of advising senior leaders and building rapport with stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data for insights
- Experience working in a remote-first environment and managing sensitive matters with discretion
