Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a business consultant and thought partner to senior leadership for people-related strategies
- Build partnerships to enhance global leadership capability through strategic programming
- Utilize data to address complex organizational challenges with people-centric solutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience or 8+ years with an advanced degree
- Experience counseling high-level Revenue leaders and managing multiple projects
- Strong understanding of the Revenue business unit, including sales and customer success
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations
