Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Insights Partner to join their People Insights team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business stakeholder needs and translate them into analytical projects for actionable insights
- Collaborate with team members to deliver scalable and relevant insights
- Act as a subject matter expert on high-priority projects aligned with company objectives
Required Qualifications
- Six or more years of experience in People Analytics, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL and another data manipulation programming language
- Experience with storytelling through data and familiarity with data visualization tools
- 5+ years of experience working with various types of people data in an applied setting
